چکیده
Synonymous codon usage biases are associated with various biological factors, such as gene expression level, gene length, gene translation initiation signal, protein amino acid composition, protein structure, tRNA abundance, mutation frequency and patterns, and GC compositions. Quantification of codon usage bias helps understand evolution of living organisms. A codon usage bias pipeline is demanding for codon usage bias analyses within and across genomes. Here we present a CodonO webserver service as a userfriendly tool for codon usage bias analyses across and within genomes in real time. The webserver is available at http//www.sysbiology.org/CodonO. The first report of two monogenean gill parasites assigned to Diclidophora merlangi (Diclidophoridae) and Loxuroides pricei (Axinidae) from brushtooth lizardfish and red porgy seabream of the Red Sea, Egypt
Monogenea is one of the most species-rich groups of parasitic flatworms worldwide with many species described from African freshwater fish. Little is known about the diversity and geographic distribution of monogenean parasites infesting the Red Sea fishes in Egypt. In the present study, a total of 45 specimens of the brushtooth lizardfish Saurida undosquamis (family: Synodontidae) and...

The first report of Asterodiscides fourmanoiri (Echinodermata: Asteroidea) from the North Coast of Oman Sea, Iran
Echinoderms with around 7,000 species can be found at all depths of the marine ecosystems. Body shape is radially symmetrical, covered by calcareous plates and five body parts are around a central axis. The class of Asteroidea (also known as starfish or sea star) is one of the most diverse groups within the phylum Echinodermata, including nearly 1900 extant species grouped into 36 families, and...

Growth Parameters of Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) escaped from sea cages in the coast of southern Caspian sea
Rainbow trout is one of the 100 exotic invasive species in the world, and the biological characteristics of evaporated specimens of marine cages on the coast of Mazandaran including sex ratio, length and weight relationship, and growth are necessary. In order to study the rainbow trout growth parameters, 90 specimens of this species were collected from October 2017 to May 2019 from catching bon...
